As current 2026 package pricing, the Highfield is $1,115,000 built conventionally, or $1,275,000 with our energy-efficient package of insulated concrete forms (ICF) and radiant floor heating. Those prices are for the home built on your lot and exclude the lot, building permit fees, and taxes. Final pricing is confirmed on a formal quote for your specific site and any customizations.

Yes - it is specifically suited for corner lots. The three-car garage is side-entry, which turns the garage doors away from the main street and keeps the front elevation clean and attractive from both road frontages. If your lot is not a corner lot, we can adjust the garage orientation to suit.

Yes. Every plan is customizable - we can adjust the number of bedrooms, change the garage, finish a basement, resize rooms, add accessibility features, or adapt the plan to a corner, sloped, or waterfront lot. Tell us what you would change when we call, or note it on the request form, and we factor it into the drawings and the build price.

Yes - both a covered front porch and a covered rear porch are included. They give you a welcoming, sheltered entrance and a covered outdoor living and entertaining space off the back of the home that you can use in any weather.
