The Simplicity Collection is the result of the wishes expressed to us by our clients in the recent years. They wanted energy efficient luxury home at a reasonable price. So we set out to fulfil their wishes.
Our first goal in designing these homes was to get as much usable living space as possible within the minimum square footage.
We made the designs simple and efficient to speed up construction and utilize materials wisely. Each design has 3 different style exteriors that would be suitable for many lots across Southern Ontario and because of their simple lines could lend themselves to a number of additional elevations from slab on grade to walkout basements.
So while the homes are energy efficient and easily adaptable to any construction methods (such as ICFs, SIPs, post and beam etc.), they should be considered as more affordable designs rather than expensive luxury homes.
So, you can see why it was easy to name this collection from it’s standpoint of design, energy efficiency, construction and pricing. The goal that was achieved was indeed, Simplicity.
