The Ravenswood: 1,839 sq ft ICF Bungalow

As current 2026 package pricing, the Ravenswood is $699,900 built conventionally, or $769,900 with our energy-efficient package of insulated concrete forms (ICF) and radiant floor heating. Those prices are for the home built on your lot and exclude the lot, building permit fees, and taxes. Final pricing is confirmed on a formal quote for your specific site and any customizations.

The Ravenswood is a 1,839 sq ft single-storey bungalow with a full 1,839 sq ft unfinished basement. The basement is ideal for adding bedrooms, a rec room, or an in-law suite later - the layout is designed so additional bedrooms can be added downstairs. We can finish the basement as part of the build if you prefer; it is quoted separately.

Yes - there is a downloadable building permit plan PDF on this page (the "Download building permit plans" button). It is a great way to study the layout in detail. If you want full, stamped permit drawings produced for your build, we can do that for the Ravenswood or any regular ICF plan for approximately $1.99 per square foot - just ask on the request form.

Yes. Every plan is customizable - we can finish the basement, add bedrooms downstairs, change the garage, adjust room sizes, add accessibility features, or adapt the plan to a sloped or waterfront lot. The third bedroom also works well as an office or hobby room. Tell us what you would change when we call, or note it on the request form, and we factor it into the drawings and the build price.

The package includes a 4 ft stone skirt with full stone around the front door, a post-and-beam entrance, horizontal wood siding on the front with vinyl on the sides and back, hardwood throughout with no carpet, natural stone travertine tile, a stone gas fireplace, 13 ft vaulted great room ceilings, granite countertops, soft-close premium cabinetry, 5 in baseboard with 2 3/4 in casing, a whirlpool corner tub, a glass-door shower, and Low-E argon high-performance windows.

The package excludes the lot, building permit fees, and taxes - site-specific costs quoted separately once we know your lot. Everything in the home package is included in the listed price, and the basement is included as 1,839 sq ft of unfinished space ready to develop later.
