Yes. The Hillcrest is a one-storey Craftsman bungalow with everything on the main floor - the master suite, two more bedrooms, the open kitchen and great room, and direct garage access. Single-level living makes it accessible and easy to age in place, with no stairs to the main living areas.

Yes. Every plan is customizable - we can finish a basement, add a bedroom, change the garage, adjust room sizes, add accessibility features, or adapt the plan to a sloped or waterfront lot. Tell us what you would change when we call, or note it on the request form, and we factor it into the drawings and the build price.
